Service Description
Assessment & MOT A comprehensive assessment and recovery session designed to identify movement restrictions, address areas of pain or tension, and support optimal performance and recovery. What's Included Functional Movement Assessment (15 Minutes) A detailed assessment to identify movement limitations, muscle imbalances, and potential sources of discomfort. Testing may include: - Active, passive, and resisted range of motion testing - Thomas Test - O'Brien's Test - Scapulohumeral rhythm assessment - Hamstring and flexibility assessments - Postural and movement analysis Remedial & Sports Massage (60 Minutes) Targeted hands-on treatment tailored to your assessment findings, helping to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Techniques may include: - Remedial and sports massage - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) - Percussive therapy (massage gun) where appropriate Myofascial Cupping Therapy (15 Minutes) A decompression technique used to improve tissue mobility, reduce muscle tension, and promote circulation. Compression Boot Therapy (15 Minutes) Recovery-focused pneumatic compression to help reduce muscle soreness, support circulation, and enhance recovery. Personalised Assessment Summary Following your appointment, you'll receive a detailed summary via email, including key findings, recommendations, and guidance to support your ongoing recovery and performance. Session Duration 1 Hour 45 Minutes Suitable For - Persistent aches and pains - Sports injuries and niggles - Mobility restrictions - Recovery from training and competition - Injury prevention and performance optimisation Important Information This treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for individuals with certain cardiovascular or blood conditions, a pacemaker, or those currently taking blood-thinning medication. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This also applies if clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, as this may result in the session being shortened or canceled. In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that suits you, or provide a full refund if necessary. Treatment is exclusively for clients aged 18 and over due to safeguarding preferences. I also do not offer any treatments during pregnancy. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings if I have safeguarding concerns.
