Service Description

Consisting of thorough assessment, safety checks, remedial & sports massage, with optional low amplitude /low velocity osteopathic articulation and mobilisation techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM) and/or myofascial cupping therapy to assist with soft tissue mobilisation and decompression of entrapped tissue. This whole body treatment is highly tailored to your needs. I will incorporate neuromuscular, myofascial release and stripping, deep tissue, active and passive stretching, muscle energy techniques, and mobilisations. This treatment has a role in and may improve: Pain Reduction Anti-inflammatory responses Blood circulation Immunomodulation Blood detoxification Interoception & proprioception Improved function Postural awareness Optimised recovery Improved motor control Improved range of motion Anxiety and depression symptoms Lymphatic drainage Nerve entrapment While great care is taken to reduce side effects of IASTM & Myofascial Cupping, documented effects include cupping marks, blistering, bruising, swelling, localised soreness and fatigue. I have been expertly trained by Myofascial Release UK to reduce the likelihood of these effects.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. You will be charged 100% of the service fee if less than 12 hours notice is given. This includes cancellations caused by access issues, refused service delivery or denied access upon arrival, and where clients are late to the appointment by 15 minutes or more. In the unlikely event the therapist needs to cancel an appointment, a new appointment will be rescheduled subject to availability or a refund given in full.
