Service Description
Remedial & Sports Massage A focused, hands-on treatment designed to reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery from training or injury. Sessions run 60–90 minutes and begin with a brief assessment to identify the key areas limiting function and performance. Treatment is fully tailored and may focus on specific problem areas or a more comprehensive full-body approach, depending on your needs. Techniques are selected based on what will be most effective and may include deep tissue work, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, joint mobilisation, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM). Add-ons (optional recovery enhancements) Hot Stones – £20 (adds ~30 mins) Deep heat to help relax tight muscles and support recovery Myofascial Cupping – £10 (adds ~15 mins) Helps release tension and improve local circulation Compression Boots (Pulsio) – £10 (adds ~15 mins) Supports lower limb recovery and reduces post-training fatigue Important Information Not suitable during pregnancy or for certain cardiovascular or medical conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This also applies if clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, as this may result in the session being shortened or canceled. In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that suits you, or provide a full refund if necessary. Treatment is exclusively for clients aged 18 and over due to safeguarding preferences. I also do not offer any treatments during pregnancy. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings if I have safeguarding concerns.
