This 60, 90, or 120-minute session begins with a brief assessment and safety screening to ensure an effective plan aligned with your goals. Tailored to You Treatment can be highly targeted or more comprehensive, covering areas such as the glutes, adductors, arms, back and legs - providing relief and performance support where it’s needed most. Grant draws on extensive experience in remedial and sports massage, with techniques that may include: • Deep Tissue Massage • Myofascial Release • Muscle Stripping • PNF Stretching • Neuromuscular Therapy • Cross Fiber Friction • LVLA Mobilisations • Assisted Stretching Included at no extra cost: Massage percussion gun and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM). --- Add Ons (15 minutes each) Add On Price Acupuncture / Dry Needling £15 Myofascial Cupping £10 Pulsio Compression Boots £10 ⚠️ Please note: The chest and certain thoracic areas are excluded for acupuncture/dry needling to mitigate pneumothorax risk. --- Important Information Treatment is not available during pregnancy or if you have certain heart or blood conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This also applies if clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, as this may result in the session being shortened or canceled. In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that suits you, or provide a full refund if necessary.
