All pricing plans are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled once purchased. Packages must be used within 3 months. Please book responsibly.

How to Redeem Your Purchased Pricing Plan at Checkout

If you have already purchased a pricing plan for our services, follow these simple steps to apply it when booking:

 

1. Log into Your Account

 

Click the Log In button on our website.

 

Use the same account you used to purchase your pricing plan.

 

 

2. Choose Your Service

 

Go to our Booking Page and select the service you would like to book.

 

Click Book Now or Schedule to proceed.

 

 

3. Apply Your Pricing Plan

 

On the checkout page, you will see an option to Redeem a Plan if you have an active one.

 

Click on it, and your available plan will be applied automatically.

 

If you have multiple plans, choose the one you would like to use.

 

 

4. Complete Your Booking

 

Review your booking details.

 

Click Confirm to finalise your appointment.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
