Autumn Restore combines 90 minutes of bespoke Swedish massage with 30 minutes of warming hot stones, 15 minutes of myofascial cupping and 15 minutes of compression boots. The treatment is designed to ease muscular tension, warm and relax the body, support circulation and give you genuine time to switch off. Your 2½-hour treatment includes: 90 min Swedish Massage Full-body massage tailored around areas of tension, aches and tiredness. 30 min Hot Stones Deep, soothing warmth to help relax muscles and create a deeply calming experience. 15 min Myofascial Cupping Targeted work to areas of restriction and muscular tension. 15 min Compression Boots A gentle recovery treatment for tired, heavy legs while you relax. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This also applies if clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, as this may result in the session being shortened or canceled. In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that suits you, or provide a full refund if necessary. Treatment is exclusively for clients aged 18 and over due to safeguarding preferences. I also do not offer any treatments during pregnancy. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings if I have safeguarding concerns.
