THE PERFORMANCE RESET A focused recovery session combining remedial and sports massage, acupuncture for MSK pain, myofascial cupping and compression therapy, with a personalised assessment summary. Remedial & Sports Massage (60 or 90 mins) IASTM and percussive gun as required. Followed by: 🩸 Acupuncture for MSK Pain (15 mins) 💨 Myofascial Cupping (15 mins) 🦵 Compression Boots (15 mins) 📋 Personalised Assessment Summary (emailed) Package Options: Full Reset: 2 hrs 15 mins – 90-min R&S Total Value £130 → Exclusive Price £105 Express Reset: 1 hr 45 mins – 60-min R&S Total Value £110 → Exclusive Price £85 Treatment is not available during pregnancy, if you have certain heart or blood conditions, have a pacemaker, or are taking blood thinners.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This also applies if clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, as this may result in the session being shortened or canceled. In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that suits you, or provide a full refund if necessary. Treatment is exclusively for clients aged 18 and over due to dry needling license requirements and safeguarding preferences. I also do not offer any treatments during pregnancy. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings if I have safeguarding concerns.
