Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. This also applies if clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, as this may result in the session being shortened or canceled. In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that suits you, or provide a full refund if necessary. Treatment is exclusively for clients aged 18 and over due to dry needling license requirements and safeguarding preferences. I also do not offer any treatments during pregnancy. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings if I have safeguarding concerns.
